1. By nominating a dog in the sale, I/we agree to be bound by any Rules, regulation and codes of Conduct determined by the selling Agent, Frame Rural Agencies. Frame Rural Agencies reserve the right to change/alter any of these conditions to best suit the club, public image, or vendor’s needs.
2. Entry forms MUST be accompanied with (a) minimum 3-minute working video (b) vaccination certificate c5 (c) registration certificate / pedigree papers. As per highlighted section on page one. Dogs MUST be vaccinated prior to sale.
3. Dogs ONLY from 5 months of age and up at the time of the sale are eligible for nomination.
4. All dogs must demonstrate working capabilities on either sheep/cattle and be of good quality.
5. Video must be of good quality, supplied by USB stick or YouTube link. This is highly important as these videos are used to showcase your dog on an online catalogue.
6. All dogs nominated must match the description submitted on the entry form. Frame Rural Agencies reserve the right to refuse any dog entry to the auction and reject uncontrollable dogs or dogs of inferior quality or dogs endangering stock.
7. If a dog is judged to be not of the description provided on the entry form, then the committee may change the dog’s ranking or remove it from the auction. If a dog is rejected from the auction, no entry fees will be refunded.
8. Biting dogs (sheep) will be asked to be muzzled or withdrawn from auction.
9. Handlers must demonstrate/sell in order.
10. Dogs nominated cannot be substituted or sold prior to sale. Frame Rural Agencies hold Sole Agency from once dogs are nominated until 2 weeks after completion of auction.
11. A maximum of 50 dogs will be accepted for the sale. Committee reserves the right to limit numbers if maximum numbers are surpassed.
12. No bitches in oestrus (on heat) permitted on ground. Entry fees will be refunded on presentation of vet’s certificate.
13. Forfeited dogs will incur an entry fee unless a vet certificate is provided.
14. Commission on the sale price (5.5% of sale price + GST) will be payable by the vendor to the agent in respect to each lot catalogued and sold. This commission is payable whether sold at Auction or private treaty up to 1 week post auction.
15. Prior to the sale, there will be Pre Works, during which time vendors will be given the opportunity to demonstrate their dog’s ability working cattle or sheep in the arena for a period of 3 minutes (approx.).
16. Past vendors may enter up to 5 dogs into the sale & new vendors up to 3 dogs into the sale.
